    Women of Color in Tech is a set of free stock photos created to show a different representation of all women in tech. The images can be used to depict entrepreneurs, software engineers, infosec professionals, IT analysts, marketers, and other people who make up the tech ecosystem. #WOCinTech photos are available under a Creative Commons (Attribution) license.     Description

    You can use Microsoft Forms to create forms, surveys, and quizzes as well as to collaboratively edit and share the forms with other people. Use Microsoft forms for intake, pre-workshop or program assessment, program, session, or event evaluation, and more.

    Forms is part of the Office 365 suite. Forms can be accessed directly from Teams so you can setup a Forms tab, add an existing form to gather responses, create a new form, show survey results, create notification from your form, collaborate on a form, or conduct a quick poll within a team. All these functions occur within Microsoft Teams. You can link your Microsoft Forms Survey or Quiz to an Excel Spreadsheet. You can also access Forms from a web browser.

    Description

    You can use Google Forms to create forms, surveys, and quizzes as well as to collaboratively edit and share the forms with other people. Use Google forms for intake, pre-workshop or program assessment, program, session, or event evaluation, and more.

    Google provides pre-designed templates including feedback, and course evaluation. You can also build from scratch using the blank template option. There are many types of questions available, including short answer, paragraph response, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, linear scale, and multiple choice grid. You can also add custom logic that take survey respondents down different survey pathways based on how they answer questions. You can embed images and video directly into a form, which is a great way to assess what students think and learn immediately after viewing the image or video. You can also include an upload feature for students to upload documents.

    The data from Google Forms is collected in a Google Spreadsheet, which allows for further analysis. Google Forms also offers a “summary of responses” feature that creates visual representation of close-ended questions (e.g., multiple choice, checkbox). Google allows users to embed, link, and email Google forms, so that you can easily share the results with others.
